DO YOU HAVE 2 MINUTES? NO, NOT FOR ME – FOR YOU!
Take two minutes out of your time and focus on the NOW. It is rather difficult because we are so overcome with distractions. In this very moment, your text message just sent you an alert. No sooner than you can open that, someone has called your name. Before you can answer, your email notification bell is ringing and I am almost certain that the dog JUSTTT barked! Sound familiar?
My point of emphasis is that our attention is swayed in all types of directions because we live in fast-paced environments that lend very little time to JUST US. So, I am giving you permission to make time for yourself! Yes! You just won the MINDFULNESS ticket. Mindfulness is being aware of what is happening in the present moment and enjoying that – whatever it is.
